Please note that the K-indices from Abinger observatory currently online are the values re-scaled by Mayaud in the 1960s and not the values originally scaled by observatory staff.

The K-indices are available from:

• Lerwick observatory in the Shetland Islands (1940 - present)
• Eskdalemuir observatory in the Scottish Borders (1940 - present)
• Hartland observatory in North Devon (1957 - present)
• Abinger observatory, Surrey (1926 - 1956)
• Greenwich observatory, London (1868 - 1925)
